1-Year Limited Warranty

This is a limited warranty as defined by the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act. It gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
What is covered
AudazLabsEcom, operating as LEVIA, warrants that Levia earbuds and their charging case are free from defects in materials and workmanship, under normal use, for one (1) year from the date of delivery.
What we will do
If a covered defect appears within the warranty period, we will, at our option and at no charge to you, repair or replace the product. If we cannot do either within a reasonable time, we will refund the purchase price. Replacement units are covered for the remainder of the original one-year period.
What is not covered
- Normal battery capacity loss over time.
- Damage from drops, crushing, liquid beyond the IPX5 rating (submersion), fire, or use with a non-compliant charger.
- Cosmetic wear such as scratches on the case.
- Products that were modified, opened or repaired by anyone other than us.
- Ear tips, which are consumable parts.
How to make a claim
Warranty claims are handled by email. Write to hello@levia.co with your order number and a short description or photo of the problem. We answer within one business day with the address to send the unit to, the instructions for your claim and how the return shipping is handled for it. The repair or the replacement itself is at no charge to you.
Limitations
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to repair, replacement or refund of the purchase price. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
