What shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout from your delivery address, so the amount varies with where the order is going. The exact figure is shown on the payment page, before you pay — there are no charges added afterwards and no handling fees.
How long it takes
- Processing: 1-2 business days.
- Transit: typically 7-14 business days. We are transparent about this: our products ship from our supplier network, not from a domestic warehouse, which is part of how the 1+1 price works.
- Carrier: each order goes out with the best carrier available for your address on the day it is dispatched. Your tracking email names the one that is carrying your parcel.
- You get that email with tracking as soon as the label is scanned.
Where we ship
Checkout is what decides: type in your address and it shows the shipping options we can offer for it. Today the store is set up for the United States — all 50 states, plus APO/FPO addresses. If no shipping option appears for your address at checkout, it means we cannot ship to it yet.
Delays, duties and lost packages
There are no import duties for US orders. If tracking has not moved for 10 business days, email hello@levia.co and we will either re-ship or refund — your choice. Carrier delays during peak season are outside our control, but the 60-day trial window starts from the day the package is delivered, not the day you ordered.
Address changes
Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we will update the address if the order has not shipped.
