1. These terms

By using this store or placing an order you agree to these terms. They are a contract between you and AudazLabsEcom, operating as LEVIA.

2. Products and prices

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice; the price that applies is the one shown at checkout. Product photography is representative — colors can look different on your screen. We describe weight, battery life and specifications as measured under normal conditions and we do not make health or medical claims of any kind.

3. The two-set pack (your second set is free)

The 1+1 offer is a single order containing two complete sets billed as one. The crossed-out price shown is exactly twice the published price of a single set, which is also sold on this store. It is not an inflated reference price. The offer can be withdrawn at any time, but never after you have placed an order under it.

4. Orders and payment

We may cancel and refund an order if the item is unavailable or if we detect fraud. Payment is captured when the order is placed.

5. Shipping, returns and warranty

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the store, scrape it, or attempt to interfere with its operation.

7. Intellectual property

The Levia name, the store content and the photography are ours. You may not reuse them commercially without permission.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Except for the express warranty above, the products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order. Some states do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, where the business is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here limits any right you have under applicable consumer protection law.
